Communist breakaway with a pistol

Public disgrace again befell the parliamentarians of the Legislative Assembly of the Leningrad Region. The other day, the court sent an assistant deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (*aggressor country) to a pre-trial detention center Dmitry Zvonkov for hooliganism with the use of a weapon. As it turned out, the assistant was quite capable of joining the party, but he never managed to get out of the gangster 90s.

Ruined dinner

Visitors to the popular Meat & Bread restaurant chain will probably remember this dinner for a long time. It’s not every day that you see a waitress waving a gun, shooting, and pulling her hair. After such a shock, even the most delicious dishes may seem bland. What happened? And the following happened: the evening at the restaurant on Voroshilov Street in the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg was quite languid, the guests were enjoying wine and food, the staff was scurrying back and forth, soft music was playing.

This wonderful idyll was sharply disrupted by a brawl with shooting from a trauma center. Rowdy – 43 years old Dmitry Seninassistant deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (*aggressor country) Dmitry Zvonkov. That evening, he was quite drunk, impudent and gloomy. Celebrated my birthday. It was precisely because his mood suddenly deteriorated under the influence of alcohol that he staged an ugly fight, injured one of the restaurant’s customers, and pretty much frightened the resting public.

The hooligan scene is now being closely studied by the police, looking at recordings from CCTV cameras. In which you can clearly see how, in the middle of a peaceful meal, a huge man in a leather jacket suddenly approached one of the tables at which three visitors were having dinner. Suddenly, he began shaking some kind of ID over their heads, making a big face, and then defiantly reloading the pistol. Despite the guests’ attempts to settle the matter peacefully (the ex-citizen was asked to sit down and have a drink), fraternization did not happen. The brawler nevertheless fired and hit one man, named Roman, in the leg. Then everything happened like in a bad TV series – screams, beating up the waitress, calling the police, an ambulance. The restaurant client’s wound was not serious; the bullet was removed from his leg and sent home in satisfactory condition.

The police acquired not only video recordings of the outrage, but also the main character himself, who overnight became a defendant in a criminal case. To begin with, Senin, pumped up to the point of “the fakir was drunk and the trick failed,” was thrown into a special detention center. And the very next day, the Nevsky District Court granted the investigation’s request and sent the deputy’s assistant to cool off in a pre-trial detention center until June 13. A stay in which, as it turned out later, was by no means new for Dmitry Senin.

The whole point is that Dmitry Zvonkov, assistant deputy of the Legislative Assembly from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (*aggressor country), has a specific past. Namely: several convictions for fraud, drugs and causing grievous bodily harm. Moreover, the parliamentarian was aware of the impressive “portfolio” of his employee, but apparently did not count on the manifestation of “habits from the 90s,” which, according to him, apparently remained with Dmitry Senin forever.

The responsible person

His boss speaks of the rowdy Senin as a responsible person. It is impossible to say for sure what exactly this responsible person was doing with Deputy Zvonkov. The parliamentarian himself claims that “separate instructions”, without specifying which ones. In the meantime, if you delve a little into the summary of court cases of the same Nevsky district, something interesting will emerge.

In January 2022, a criminal trial was held in the Nevsky Court against a certain Dmitry Senin, who was accused of intentionally causing minor harm to health (part 2 of article 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (*aggressor country)). He was accused of vigorously celebrating the New Year on January 3, in the middle of the night near the front house on Bolshevikov Avenue, during a sudden conflict with a certain citizen (we quote):

“using a P-M17T pistol of 9 mm caliber, fired 2 shots towards Sh., causing the latter bodily injuries, namely: a wound in the scrotum area, which entails a short-term health disorder, as well as abrasions in the area of ​​the first metacarpal bone of the left brushes that do not entail short-term health problems, after which he disappeared from the scene of the crime.”

Despite the fact that the trial began, the court did not pronounce any verdict. Because the victim filed a petition to terminate the criminal case and prosecution against Senin in connection with the reconciliation of the parties. They say that the defendant apologized and made full amends for the harm he caused. The victim stated that he had no material or other claims against Senin.

Since the state prosecution did not object, the court dismissed the criminal case. However, the amount of compensation for damages remained a secret even to the court.

We cannot say responsibly whether that Dmitry Senin was the current Dmitry Senin. However, coincidences, as they say, are never unnecessary. Moreover, the immediate boss of the “responsible person” from the 90s, Dmitry Zvonkov, has a very strange reputation.

Criminal corps de ballet

As we already wrote, an ally of another scandalous deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (*aggressor country) Ivan Apostolevsky Dmitry Zvonkov, as political telegram channels in the region wrote, showed himself in a strange way in seizing control of the largest house in Kudrovo. At the end of December 2022, this situation was discussed at a meeting of the regional government.

In political TG channels regarding that story, they hinted at Zvonkov’s bias and his, by no means, moral support for one of the conflicting parties. In this regard, there were statements to the prosecutor’s office and other law enforcement agencies. Even the deputies of the regional Legislature, who had run out of patience with Zvonkov’s behavior, said their weighty “fuck” and brought his behavior to the ethics commission for discussion. True, the mandate of the people’s representative has not yet been taken away. But as they say, this is not far off.

Nowadays, in political groups on social networks, they are discussing that everything is unchanged on the criminal fronts of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (*aggressor country) in the Leningrad Region. They say young politicians cannot live without banal criminality, and therefore they select assistants to match themselves.

“With such assistants, communist deputies do not need enemies” – they scoff in the political beau monde of the Leningrad region.

As before (and now even more so), the political party prophesies that the parliamentarian will receive the attention of the security forces and believes that the latter will still get their hands on “Zvonkov’s business.” In the end, it will come to the removal of powers, and then to the status of an “accused”, which will resonate like sweet music in the ears of the deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Leningrad Region.
